GPSC Deputy Section Officer Result 2018 for Prelims

The result of the GPSC Deputy Section Officer 2018 will be declared in two stages prelims, mains examination. The result for the GPSC Deputy Section Officer 2018 prelims examination will be declared either in a pdf format or through the link where candidates have to give their login credentials and then check the result. GPSC Deputy Section Officer Result 2018 for Mains Examination

The result of the GPSC Deputy Section Officer 2018 will be declared in two stages prelims, mains examination. The result for the GPSC Deputy Section Officer 2018 Mains written examination will be declared either in a pdf format or through the link where candidates have to give their login credentials and then check the result. Mains result will only be declared for those candidates who will appear for the mains examination.

Selection Procedure for GPSC Deputy Section Officer 2018

The candidates will be selected on the basis of Two stages .i.e. prelims and mains examination. Candidates who qualify both the rounds will be called for further recruitment process as per the norms laid by the conducting body. The Selection Process will be conducted in Two phases mentioned below.

  • Preliminary Examination: The exam will be conducted in offline mode. Candidates who will qualify the Preliminary exam of GPSC Deputy Section Officer 2018 will be shortlisted for the Mains examination. Qualifying marks or cut off will be decided by the conducting body in the due course of time.
  • Mains Examination: Candidates securing minimum marks or clearing the cut off will only be allowed to appear for the mains examination. Candidates who will Qualify both the rounds will be called for the further recruitment process with the required documents.

After the conduction of both the stages, Gujarat Public Service Commision will release the merit list for the candidates who qualify both the rounds and are eligible to be recruited as the Deputy Section Officer 2018.

Salary details of GPSC Deputy Section Officer 2018

Candidates who will be recruited for the GPSC Deputy Section Officer 2018 will be given a fixed salary for the first five Years .i.e. Rs. 38090/- After Five years seeing the satisfactory services of the recruited candidates, they will get Rs 39600/- to Rs 1,26,600/- Pay Matrix level 7 by the conducting body.

GPSC Deputy Mamlatdar Selection Procedure

Selection for the posts of Deputy Mamlatdar and Deputy Section Officer will be done on the basis of marks obtained in Main written examination (descriptive type). Candidates will be shortlisted for Main Examination on the basis of marks obtained in the Primarily Screening Test. Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the total marks obtained in the Written (Main) Examination. Marks break-up of the OJAS GPSC Selection Procedure is given below.

  1. Screening test (200 marks)
  2. Written examination (400 marks)

OJAS GPSC DySO Exam Pattern

Download Nayab Mamlatdar Exam Pattern in detail at here. The screening test will have a single question paper of General Knowledge. Total marks of preliminary screening test will be 200. Main written examination will consist of four papers. Each question paper of Main Examination will be of 100 marks having descriptive type questions. Test will be based on General studies, General knowledge and English language test. Exam-wise distribution of marks is given below.
